**Short answer:** Like for like: model, limits, vehicles, backup and extras.

Compare quotes like for like. Check that each vendor quotes the same pricing model and kilometre limit, the same vehicle types, and what is extra (tolls, parking, night runs). Then check what the price buys: commercial permits and insurance, a backup vehicle, GPS and reports, driver checks, a GST invoice and a written agreement. A low price without these often costs more later.
