# Can you arrange daily employee transportation between Ahmedabad and Vithalapur?

**Short answer:** Yes: about 80 km and 2 hours each way, every shift.

Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels runs daily transport for employees who live in Ahmedabad and work at units in the Vithalapur industrial area, about 80 km and 2 hours each way. Staff are collected from agreed points in the city and dropped at the unit gate, in an Ertiga, Innova Crysta, Tempo Traveller or bus depending on headcount, with all trips on one company invoice.

## Key facts: Ahmedabad to Vithalapur staff transport

| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| Distance | About 80 km each way |
| Time | About 2 hours each way, plus the pickup round in the city |
| Pickups | Agreed points across Ahmedabad |
| Drops | At the unit gate in the Vithalapur industrial area |
| Vehicles | Ertiga (6), Innova Crysta (7), Tempo Traveller or bus |
| Charging | Per vehicle, not per head |
| Billing | GST invoice; monthly invoice, split by unit or department if you need |
| Base in Ahmedabad | Ghatlodiya |

## What does the daily run cost?

Each vehicle is charged on its kilometres, not on the number of staff aboard. One run from the city to the unit is about 80 km, so a vehicle that takes a shift in and brings another back covers about 160 km with staff, plus any empty kilometres between runs. We price your actual pattern, or quote a fixed monthly package.

| Vehicle | Seats | Rate | One 80 km run | Per seat, full |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ertiga | 6 | ₹13/km | ₹1,040 | about ₹173 |
| Innova Crysta | 7 | ₹18/km | ₹1,440 | about ₹206 |
| Tempo Traveller or bus | Larger groups | Quote | Quoted for the route | Lowest when full |

Indicative; long contracts and several vehicles are quoted at better rates. See corporate rates (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/fares-and-payment/corporate-rates-and-volume-discounts/).

## How is the route in Ahmedabad planned?

Share the home areas and shift times. We group staff into pickup points along one line out of the city, so the vehicle leaves Ahmedabad once and reaches the unit before the shift starts.

See sharing employee locations for route planning (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/employee-transport/share-employee-locations-for-route-planning/) and pickups from residential areas (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/employee-transport/pickups-from-residential-areas/).

## Can it cover early and night shifts?

Yes, it runs 24/7. A first shift at 6 AM means leaving the city around 3:30 to 4 AM, which falls in the night-charge window (10 PM–6 AM, 20%) unless your monthly package covers it.

See three-shift transport (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/employee-transport/three-shift-transport/) and late-night drops (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/employee-transport/late-night-drop-after-shift/).
