## What should you have ready before you call?

Have the pickup address with a landmark, the drop and any stops, the date and time, and how many people and bags are travelling. With these, one call is enough to confirm the car and the fare.

- **Pickup point:** a landmark helps, especially in villages and large industrial areas such as the plants around Hansalpur.
