# Can I book a cab for multiple destinations in one trip?

**Short answer:** Yes. One car and one driver for all your stops.

Yes. You can book one cab from Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels for several destinations in a single trip, with the same car and driver throughout. The fare is the total distance driven times the per-km rate (₹12/km for a sedan); on multi-day trips at least 300 km a day is counted, plus ₹300 a day for the driver.

## Key facts about multi-stop trips

| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| Billing | Total kilometres driven × the per-km rate |
| Multi-day minimum | 300 km a day, or the actual distance if more |
| Driver allowance | ₹300 a day on outstation trips |
| Waiting at stops | First 30 minutes free, then ₹100 an hour |
| Rates | Sedan ₹12/km · Ertiga ₹13/km · Innova Crysta ₹18/km |
| Extras | Tolls, parking and state tax at actual cost |
| Night | 20% extra for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM |
| Changes on the way | Tell the driver and us; extra kilometres are added at the same rate |

## What do multi-stop trips look like?

Common multi-stop trips are temple circuits, a business day with meetings in several towns, and holidays that cover two or three places. Plan the order of stops so the route does not double back; fewer kilometres means a lower fare.

| Trip | Stops | How it is billed |
|---|---|---|
| Temple circuit from Becharaji | Bahuchar Mata temple, Modhera Sun Temple, Patan | Total km for the day, at least 300 km on a round trip, + ₹300 driver allowance |
| Business day | Plant visit, office meeting, airport drop | Total km, + waiting after 30 minutes at each stop |
| Rajasthan holiday | Mount Abu, Udaipur | At least 300 km a day for each day, + ₹300 a day |
| City errands in Ahmedabad | Bank, hospital, shopping | Total km, + waiting after 30 minutes at each stop |

## How is a multi-stop fare worked out?

Add up the kilometres between all the stops and back to the end point, multiply by the per-km rate, and add the driver allowance for outstation days, waiting beyond the free 30 minutes, tolls, parking and state tax.

Example in a sedan: if your stops add up to 250 km on a one-day round trip, 300 km is counted: 300 × ₹12 + ₹300 = ₹3,900. If they add up to 420 km, the actual distance is billed: 420 × ₹12 + ₹300 = ₹5,340. Over two days, at least 600 km is counted, plus ₹600 for the driver. Tolls, parking and state tax are extra. Ask us to confirm the distance for your exact route.

## How should you plan the stops?

Send us the full list of stops in order when you book, with the time you need to be at each one. We confirm the distance and fare for that route, and the driver follows it.

- **Order the stops by direction:** avoid going back past a place you have already passed.
- **Allow time at each stop:** temples and plants can take longer than you expect.
- **Drive in daylight:** driving between 10 PM and 6 AM adds 20%.
- **Keep the driver's number handy:** for pickups after each stop.

## Can you add or skip a stop during the trip?

Yes. Tell the driver and send us a WhatsApp message. Extra kilometres are added at the same per-km rate; skipping a stop reduces the distance, but on a round trip the 300 km daily minimum still applies.

For business trips with changing schedules, a car for the full day is often simpler. See hourly, half-day and full-day rentals (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/booking/hourly-half-day-and-full-day-cab-rental/).
