## Key facts about early-flight pickups

| Fact | Value |
|---|---|
| Pickup hours | Any time, 24/7 |
| When to book | The day before, so the driver is planned the night before |
| Driver details | Sent before pickup |
| Night charge | 20% for driving between 10 PM and 6 AM |
| Becharaji to the airport | ₹1,700 first ride in a sedan (regular ₹2,500), about 2 hours 50 minutes |
| From Ahmedabad city | ₹12/km in a sedan |
| Advance-booking discount | 10% off |
| Payment | Cash or UPI at the end |

## What time should you leave for an early flight?

Count back from the time you must be at the airport: the drive time for your route, plus a margin. Early-morning roads are usually clear, but leave room for the unexpected.

| Flight | At the airport by | Leave Becharaji (110 km) | Leave central Ahmedabad |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6:00 AM domestic | 4:00 AM | About 12:45 AM | Ask us for your area |
| 7:30 AM domestic | 5:30 AM | About 2:15 AM | Ask us for your area |
| 9:00 AM domestic | 7:00 AM | About 3:45 AM | Ask us for your area |

Suggestions only; check your airline's check-in time. The Becharaji drive is about 2 hours 50 minutes.

## How much does the night charge add?

The 20% night charge applies to driving between 10 PM and 6 AM. On the Becharaji to airport drop, tolls, parking and the night charge are extra on top of the ₹1,700 or ₹2,500 sedan fare; from Ahmedabad city, 20% is added to the per-km fare.

For a flight late in the morning, a pickup at 6 AM or later avoids the night charge. For a dawn flight, the charge is usually worth it to arrive on time. See the night charge (https://www.shivshaktitoursandtravels.in/answers/fares-and-payment/night-charge/).

## What makes an early pickup go smoothly?

Pack the night before, keep your phone on, and wait at a gate the driver can reach. Share a WhatsApp location pin if your address is hard to find in the dark.

- **Driver's number:** save it as soon as it arrives.
- **Wake-up check:** the driver can call when leaving for your pickup, if you ask.
- **Family updates:** we can share the car's live location so family can see you reached the airport.
