# Do you provide airport transportation for corporate executives and business guests?

**Short answer:** Yes: Innova Crysta or sedan, name board, straight to hotel, office or plant.

Yes. Shiv Shakti Tours & Travels collects directors, executives, suppliers and business guests at Ahmedabad's SVPI Airport and takes them to hotels, offices or plant gates, 24/7. Companies usually choose the Innova Crysta (₹18/km) for senior guests. The flight is tracked, a name board is available on request, and the host can follow the drive live.

## Which car do companies choose for guests?

For directors and senior guests, most companies book the Innova Crysta for space and comfort on the 110 km drive to the plants around Becharaji. For a single guest going into Ahmedabad, a sedan is often enough.

| Guest | Typical choice | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Director or senior executive | Innova Crysta | ₹18/km |
| Supplier, auditor, engineer | Sedan or Ertiga | ₹12 or ₹13/km |
| Visiting team or delegation | Innova Crysta, several cars, or a Tempo Traveller | ₹18/km or on quote |

We do not list luxury cars; the Innova Crysta is our top car.

## How does the host stay informed?

We send the driver's name, phone number and car number to the host and the guest before pickup. During the drive we can share the car's live location with the host, so the reception team knows when the guest will arrive.

Tell us the guest's name exactly as it should appear on the board, and whether the board should show your company name.

## Can the guest keep the car for meetings?

Yes. The same car and driver can stay with the guest for the day: airport, hotel, plant visit, meetings and back. A full day out of town is billed on at least 300 km plus ₹300 for the driver.
